CEO Thought for the Week

Dear Infinity Academies Team,

I hope your first week back has gone smoothly.

As we embark on Term 6, I want to extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you. This term promises to be a whirlwind of activity, with numerous events and exciting opportunities for our pupils.

For those children transitioning to their next schools, this is a crucial time. Let’s support them as they take this important step in their educational journey. And as we prepare to welcome new pupils joining our schools in September let's focus on making our first interactions with them and their families as positive as possible! 

But that’s not all—the excitement doesn’t stop there. Infinity Academies Trust is growing! On September 1st, we will welcome the Trentside Federation from North Lincolnshire into our family. The addition of their three schools and coming from a different Local Authority will bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Shortly, you will be receiving an email from Edurio (our external survey partner) with our annual Trust Staff survey. Please do take the time to fill it in and share your views. This year the feedback from our surveys has directly driven improvement work in school and the Staff Champions have been tracking this throughout the year. We recognise that we are working in challenging times in Education and that many of the issues we face are not unique to Infinity but we remain committed as a Trust to doing as much as we can to make the experiences of our colleagues and children the best they can be. I would really welcome you views in the staff survey and you will also stand the chance of winning a prize too! Look out for that email!
