Administrator Team Meeting - Thursday 20 October 2022
- Trust update provided by CEO
- Census Feedback and any areas of concern raised
- Attendance - review of processes and procedures completed by individual academies and how this is supported
- Scholarpack and the implementation of the Application
- Data Protection - If you receive any requests for Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR) please email the DPO@infinityacademies.co.uk this will be triaged and shared with our DPO service and if needed this will come back to you if you are required to complete anything additional
- Governance update - the Trust Governance Model has changed and an update on the new model was shared with colleagues
- Bulletin - there is a regular update (weekly) coming from the Trust in relation to key areas of responsibility and please ensure that your Bursar/Business Manager/Headteacher shares the information which is relevant to you
- Ofsted your role on their visit - key areas were shared in relation to the sign in visitors and the protocols surrounding ID
Administrator Meeting - Thursday 15 December 2022
- Welcome to new staff member and was introduced to all other colleagues
- Reception protocols and the expectations at sign in, what is shared and how individuals sign in
- Attendance - this is an ongoing item and next meeting we will share what one of our Admin Team complete
- National College - Update on the training platform and what you can access on the system should you wish to above and beyond the mandatory training allocated to you
- Sustainability - we all need to be aware of the rising energy costs and to be mindful of how as an organisation we are using energy to be as efficient and measured as we can be
- Thank you - Thanks were extended to all colleagues for the work and support and reminded to take time for themselves over the Christmas period
- All were reminded of the Education Support process and how to access if needed
Administrator Meeting - Wednesday 08 February 2023
- Welcome
- Reception protocols list to be shared with all, recent visits have demonstrated that all are now using the red/green lanyards
- There will be an update to the SCR and colleagues will be made aware of the changes and what to ask when on reception
- Those academies using Inventry to turn off machines at weekends and over holiday periods to try to save energy, try to take things off standby where we can
- Had a lengthy discussion surrounding how we record accidents and incidents, trying to make this process much clearer for all and to ensure that we are all recording data
- Next meeting will be in person at Head Office
