CEO Thought of the Week

Dear Colleagues,

Well done on an incredible term across our schools and Trust. The Infinity family continues to thrive and go above and beyond to support each other, our children, and their families. It has been wonderful to see and hear so many success stories across our team. We don’t always know the impact we’re having and often our contribution may feel like it is hardly making a difference but collectively over time we do enable positive change for our pupils, our colleagues, and our communities. As we head into a well-deserved break over half term, I wanted to extend my thanks for all that you do and hope that you have some time for yourselves and your families over the next week. As always, I’m sure it will fly by but do try and find time just to catch your breath if you can!

Term 4 is one of my favourites as hopefully we start to see the back of the dark mornings, cold days and rain and begin to embrace the optimism of Spring. There is lots to look forward to over the 2^nd half of the year with the upcoming TA Conference, the continuation of our networks, audits and moderations and we begin consultation with some new schools looking to join the Trust. You should receive a link today to the full Trust calendar so that you can see all that goes on across the Trust even if you are not always directly involved. You will also have seen that we are recruiting for a Trust HR manager. It is my intention that a key part of this new role will be exploring how we can make working for Infinity even more attractive with the introduction of a range of employee benefit schemes and a review of our policies to ensure we are putting people first. It is going to be busy but rewarding Spring and Summer Term.
