CEO Thought for the Week

Dear Infinity Colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well. As we approach the end of the academic year, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible summer events that are taking place across our schools. These events—such as Sports Days, School Plays, and Transition activities—provide our children with unique opportunities to shine, discover hidden talents, and succeed in ways beyond the classroom.

1. Sports Days: Our Sports Days not only encourage physical activity and healthy competition but also allow children to showcase their athletic and teamwork abilities. I've loved seeing the children get so passionate about their house teams and on some occasions even create songs to cheer along their friends.

2. School Plays:  From budding actors to behind-the-scenes crew members, our children love the chance to collaborate to create memorable performances. These plays foster creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, revealing talents that many of us didn't even know were there.

3. Transition Activities: Transitioning to a new school year group can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. However, it’s also an opportunity for a fresh start—a chance to reinvent ourselves, make new friends, and explore different interests. Our transition activities, need to be full of hope, positivity and excitement for the year ahead.

4. Parental Involvement: Our parents and families play an integral part in supporting their children’s growth and development. Whether cheering from the sidelines during Sports Days, attending school plays, or actively participating in transition workshops, their presence makes a significant impact. Let’s continue to foster strong partnerships with parents, ensuring that they feel welcome, informed, and engaged in their child’s journey through our schools.

As we are busy rushing from event to event this summer don't forget to pause and remember that each child brings a unique set of skills and passions, and it is our duty to provide them with the platform to flourish and that's exactly what we're doing all across Infinity in these busy final weeks.
