CEO Thought for the Week

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well and you've had a positive start to the week.

As we continue our journey at Infinity Academies Trust, I want to take a moment to emphasise the critical importance of building and maintaining positive relationships with our pupils, parents, and colleagues.

For our pupils, we are their champions and they needs us to believe in them, care for them and respect them. A supportive and nurturing environment is essential for their academic and personal success. By focussing on strong, positive relationships, we can encourage engagement and help each pupil to love coming to school.

For parents, open and honest communication is key. When parents feel involved and informed, they are more likely to support our initiatives and collaborate with us to create the best possible educational experience for their children. A quick word, a smile and some positive messages can make a huge difference to a parent and how they feel about our schools.

Among colleagues, mutual respect and teamwork are the foundation of all we are building at Infinity. By supporting one another and sharing our time, talents and perspectives, we can overcome challenges that we couldn't do alone. If you've not reached out to a colleague beyond your own setting then please make it a personal mission to build a cross- trust relationship this term.

Let’s  prioritise these relationships and work at them consistently as we build our positive Infinity culture, because relationships are the cornerstone of our success!
