CEO Thought for the Week - A Little Ted Lasso Wisdom

Hi Everyone,

I hope you’ve had a good week and have managed to cool down from Monday’s high temperatures!

I recently finished watching Ted Lasso (I know – a bit late to the party!) and, aside from the laughs, I’ve genuinely taken a lot from the positivity and perspective of the main character. One quote that really stuck with me was:

"Doing the right thing is never the wrong thing."

It reminded me how important it is—especially in our work—that we don’t delay when we see something that needs to be done, said, or challenged. Whether it’s supporting a colleague, stepping in for a child, or raising a concern, doing the right thing—and doing it in a timely way—can make all the difference.

Sometimes we hesitate, hoping the moment will pass or that someone else will act. But being part of Infinity means choosing to step forward, kindly and confidently, when it matters.
