  • Audits including GDPR, External Audits and Health & Safety
  • Every and updates over the summer break including policies
  • External contracts and feedback to contractors on the services that are provided to the organisation
  • Training needs and wants of a Business Manager/Bursar
  • Reminder to encourage colleagues to complete the wellbeing survey
  • Access to the bulletin to try to include key information to be sent once per week to minimise the email traffic
  • Exit Interviews and leaver checklists
  • Induction processes and details of where the information is saved to access for new staff joining us
  • Data Plan (our HR Provider) joined us to deliver the contract management module on the HR software with a view to roll out asap.
