CEO Thought for the Week
Hi Everyone!
As we reach the end of another academic year, this will be my final CEO email before the summer break. It feels like an appropriate moment to pause, reflect, and simply say thank you.
Across our Trust, I have witnessed countless examples of our values in action. In classrooms, offices, playgrounds, meeting rooms and communities, colleagues have shown Love, Curiosity, Unity, Hope and Integrity in the way they serve our children, families and one another every single day.
This year has brought its share of challenges, pressures and demands. Through it all, you have continued to demonstrate remarkable professionalism, patience and commitment. Whether supporting a child through a difficult moment, working alongside families to overcome barriers, helping a colleague, or going the extra mile to ensure our schools run smoothly, your dedication has made a real difference.
The success of Infinity Academies Trust is built on the collective efforts of every member of staff. Our achievements this year belong to all of us. They are the result of people who care deeply about children, believe in the power of education, and remain committed to giving every pupil the best possible opportunities to flourish.
I am particularly grateful for the way colleagues have continued to work together with generosity and purpose. The strength of our Trust comes not only from what we achieve individually, but from how we support one another. The spirit of unity that exists across our academies and teams continues to be one of our greatest strengths.
Most importantly, thank you for all that you do for our children and families. The positive impact you have on young lives often reaches far beyond what can be measured or seen. Your commitment, kindness and perseverance make a lasting difference every day.
As the academic year draws to a close, I hope you find time over the summer to rest, recharge and spend time with those who matter most to you. You have earned that opportunity.
On behalf of the Trust Board, our leaders, and the wider Infinity family, thank you for your hard work, care and commitment throughout the year. For those of you moving on I wish you all the best in your new roles or if you're retiring I hope you enjoy every moment. We are sad to see you go but appreciate all you've given to our Infinity family.
