Hi Everyone!
Hope you’ve had a great week so far.
At Infinity, our Trust vision is rooted in the words of Ephesians 4:16: “He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” I have been reflecting on this passage recently and how powerfully it describes the way our Trust works at its best.
At Infinity, we are a family of schools, but more than that, we are a community where each person plays an important role in helping the whole organisation flourish. Whether you work directly with children in the classroom, support learning through pastoral care, manage operations behind the scenes, or lead teams and schools, every contribution matters. Just like the image in this verse, the strength of the whole body comes from each part doing its work well and supporting the others around it. This idea sits at the heart of how we operate as a Trust. Our schools are unique and rooted in their own communities, yet they are connected through shared values, shared expertise, and a shared commitment to ensuring every child is “Ready to Learn and Prepared to Flourish.”
Over the past year we have seen many examples of this in action:
• colleagues sharing expertise across schools
• teams supporting one another through challenge
• leaders working together to strengthen provision for children
• staff going the extra mile so that every pupil feels known, valued and supported
None of these things happen by accident. They happen because of the professionalism, generosity, and commitment that colleagues across Infinity bring to their work every day. As we continue to grow as a Trust, this passage is a helpful reminder that growth is not simply about numbers or structures. Real growth happens when our relationships strengthen, when we support one another well, and when each part of our organisation contributes its gifts so that the whole community thrives.
Thank you for the part you play in making this possible. The work you do every day—often quietly and without recognition—helps ensure that together we continue to build something strong, compassionate, and purposeful for the children and communities we serve.
Enjoy the end of your week!
Best Wishes
Gavin
