A Big "Thank You" to All!

CEO Thought for the Week

Hooray!!

We’ve nearly made it. Thank you all so much for your hard work over what has been a very long but hugely successful Autumn term.

As we approach the end of term, I wanted to share with you our Annual Impact Report for 2025 that I’ve had the privilege of sharing with the Trust Board, Members and the Diocesan Board of Education in the last week. It really does give an overview of the last 12 months across Infinity and some of the highlights that we have achieved together. As always with Trust-wide documents and presentations, it’s impossible to capture everything we’ve done or to include something from everyone, but I hope you can celebrate the success of the Trust that you are such an integral part of. We have seen our family of schools grow, our outcomes improve, our estates develop, and our children have brilliant experiences all because of the work we collectively undertake each and every day.

I am so proud to work with you, and I know you pour your hearts and souls (not to mention all your time) into our children, their families, and our wider school & Trust family. I am so grateful that we’re on this journey together and that each year we can produce an Impact report that shows we’re making a real difference to the lives of our children and colleagues all across Greater Lincolnshire. As always, there is more to be done, but I hope that over Christmas you will have some time to be able to reflect on all you have accomplished both personally and as part of your school/trust team across 2025. You really do change lives!

I also want to say “thank you” to many of our unsung heroes who go about their roles professionally and with quiet determination, many of whom may feel they don’t always have a great impact or connection with the Trust yet are so integral in the lives of our schools and children. So, whether that’s our site staff, admin teams, core services, TA’s, 1:1’s, cleaners, nursery teams, please do know that alongside our teachers and leaders, the work you do is absolutely fundamental in enabling us to deliver for our nearly 3000 children.

I wish all of you well that are moving on at the end of this term and thank you for your hard work and commitment. I know some of you have worked in our schools for a long time, and you will be greatly missed.

I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I look forward to working with you in 2026, and I have some very exciting announcements to share with you early in January as our Infinity family continues to flourish!

Enjoy the break – you deserve it!

Best Wishes

Gavin
