CEO Thought for the Week

 

Hi Everyone,

 

I hope you’re having a great week, and it’s been lovely to catch up with some of you over the last few days on my school visits.

 

As Infinity Academies Trust continues to grow, we must keep reminding ourselves that the journey is never “finished.” To truly serve our pupils and families, we need to keep reshaping, adapting and sometimes even reinventing how we work together. Every new school and community we welcome brings fresh ideas, different challenges and exciting opportunities.

 

That’s the beauty of being part of Infinity: we’re not static—we’re evolving. And while change can sometimes feel like extra weight on the backpack, it’s actually the thing that keeps us moving forward and keeps our work fresh and inspiring.

 

As Nido Qubein said: “Change brings opportunity.” And with every new step we take as a Trust, the opportunities only grow—for our children, our families, and for each of us as professionals.

 

Thank you for continuing to be part of this ever-growing, ever-improving journey. Together, we really are shaping something special.
